Item # 1327613112 - Adobe PhotoShop 6 Full Version/ NR/ 3 Days:
This SOB - Gavin Kosch - sold me an ILLEGAL COPY of Photoshop!!! I complained to ebay, the BBB, the USPS fraud dept, the FBI, & Adobe. Ebay said they would normally cover the loss but they waited until their deadline ran out before telling me! (nice of them huh?)
He then was removed from ebay, with no opportunity for me to post negative feedback! He now can sign up under another name, & continue to sell illegal copies of software! I'm out $130.50!!! Watch out for Gavin:

Item # 1689373239 - Mens DKNY Jeans 33X34:
Apparently Jaime can't read labels; these are size 33x32 not 33x34!!! Offered to refund purchase price but they were cheap & hardly worth the trouble, plus I would be out shipping expenses anyway. Once again, I have to pay for someone else's mistake!

Item # 2087575710 - QUANTUM FIREBALL PLUS AS 60 GB IDE HDD: &
Item # 2301508345 - QUANTUM FIREBALL LCT 20.4 GB IDE 7200 RPM HDD:
The two above (two out of three) hard drives I bought from serviceandproduct.net were no good. These were claimed to be "tested good", but the 60 gig drive made very loud whining noises (I would not trust it at all to store data!) & the 20 gig did not work at all. They refunded the purchase price & some shipping, but I'm out the return shipping & my time for their mistake/oversight/apathy in testing their products! Just goes to show a good feedback rating is no good if the company is not willing to cover their mistakes.

Item # 3403907352 - CANON MULTIPASS C545 FAX SCAN COMBO PRINTER:
"CoolDeals4U" didn't bother to mention that this printer required USB capability. You would normally think a printer would run off of the printer port; if it didn't you would think they would mention it. My MAC does not have USB so this device is useless to me. I should add that the device was not mis-represented, just not fully described as you would expect from a large company.
The price was cheap so I didn't bother contacting them about it - I've wasted enough of my time as it is...

Item # 2086149334 - 400 Watt ATX Supports Pentium 4 & AMD Athlon:
Peter sent a 300 watt (not 400 watt!) power supply in a usps padded envelope, which was torn & had the gray padding all over the place including in the power supply! Not only that, one side was loose like someone had opened the unit up. He refunded my money, including shipping (both ways) but only sent $5 for return & therefore I'm still out $1.58 & my time...
